Iñaki San Sebastián is, without a doubt, one of the major references in the field of R+D+I not only in the Basque Country but in Europe. He is Deputy Managing Director of Tecnalia Research & Innovation and belongs to several relevant national and international committees related to the design and strategy of Science and Technology Systems.
